When companies call us

• A team arriving on the same flight. One vehicle at arrivals instead of four cars and four separate arrival times. We track the flight, so a delay does not become a problem.
• Conferences. Shuttles between the hotel and the venue, at fixed times across the day.

• Site visits. Moving a technical team between production locations around the county.
• Company events. End-of-year parties, where the evening return is the part that needs planning.

What it costs

The indicative rate is from 15 lei/km per minibus up to 300 km, 14 lei/km beyond, with a minimum of 100 lei per journey. For a full day with several movements we quote a day rate rather than per kilometre, and for recurring corporate work we agree a framework rate.
