Minibus for Weddings and Events in Cluj

At a wedding, transport is the detail nobody notices when it works and everybody remembers when it does not. The failure point is almost always the same: the end of the night, at a venue outside the city, with no cars around.

How it works at a wedding

The usual pattern in Cluj is that the venue is out of town — Floresti, Apahida, Baciu or further — while guests stay in central hotels. That creates three moments to plan:

• Hotel to church, in the afternoon, with everyone arriving together rather than trickling in
• Church to venue, immediately afterwards
• Venue back to the hotels, usually in two or three runs — one for guests leaving early, one at the end

We agree the times in advance and the driver is there for each of them. No calling for cars at 2am, no guests stranded.

What it costs

The indicative rate is from 15 lei/km per minibus, with a minimum of 100 lei per journey. For a wedding we normally quote a package for the whole evening with the runs and waiting included, rather than charging each leg separately — it is simpler and usually cheaper.
